They are stuffed with:
Spinach, bread, egg, garlic, parsley, mixed with lightly sautéed onion, mushrooms, ground pork.
They were good but I got lazy and bought some spiced tomato sauce rather than cutting up tomatoes and making it myself. The store bought stuff tasted too much like pizza sauce. Ill make it a few more times in the next two weeks and get it down.
