Drop Forged Survivalist

Mar tempered and quenched O1 vs. drop forged 52100, doesn't surprise me. I'd guess the old Mar Tempered SK 5 models were tougher also. Now can you reverse that to make 52100 tougher than the others with different heat treats? Yes. Of course. These were all good quality steels that were/are made very well. The A2 versions should improve on toughness and abrasive wear resistance over the other 3. If not then something is wrong.
