That's a sweet looking knife a sheath. I like the (seeming) simplicity of it. reminds me a Shaker furniture: no frills, but absolutely beautiful in its simplicity and form and flow.

How do you end up with sheaths coming out too small? I'm going to try my hand at a few this summer and would like to avoid that if possible.
