I was ask to make some shorter knives, so I made a few of them. Here is one of my field/bushcraft knives with an inch shorter blade.
Triple tempered, sub zero quenched, 1/8" thick, 1 1/4"wide, 1095 steel with a 3 1/8" cutting edge, But a nice sized 4 1/2" handle. for an overall 8" knife.
Walnut scales with black liners have 5 coats of hand rubbed gunstock varnish, ( I even mix my own varnishes) Comes with a hand stitched and hot waxed leather sheath.
