Good afternoon!
I have a drop point hunter up for grabs today. It is W2 steel with hamon that was heat treated to RC61. The handle is beautiful Walnut Burl. It is just about as good as I've ever worked with. The guard is OD green canvas micarta and it has black and OD green spacers and OD green G10 pin. It's very light and nimble.
SPECS:
OAL: 9.75"
BLADE: 4.5" long, 1.25" wide. It has been hand finished to 800 grit then etched and polished in FeCl to reveal hamon. The grind is hybrid flat/convex which is down to 0.009" before sharpening.
STEEL: 0.125" W2 carbon steel heat treated to RC61.
HANDLE: K&G stabilized Walnut Burl, OD green canvas micarta guard, black and OD green spacers and OD green G10 pin.
SHEATH: Pouch style leather
