This one needs to go fellows so I'm blowing it out at sold shipped.
Well I had some some ghost jade G10 laying around along with some hunter orange G10 liner material so I decided to see what they look like together. I knew the ghost jade would change somewhat. I wasn't expecting the total color swap I ended up with though. At times it looks almost clear but when the light hits it the color is a subdued orange or tangerine. Still can't figure out if I like it or not. Guess I'll let ya'll decide that. Here are the specs:
Steel- Aldo's 1095H X 5/32
AOL- 8 1/4 inches
Grind- Flat
Blade- 3 3/4 inches
Handle- 4 1/2 inches
Bolsters- Black G10 with hunter orange liners
Scales- Ghost ????? with hunter orange liners
Hardware- 1/8 stainless pins and stainless Loveless bolts
Sheath- RH pouch style hand sewn using 7-8 ounce vegetable tanned leather.

I like it! Unique color combination and classic blade shape. If I hadn't just bought another custom knife on this forum, I would buy this one in a heartbeat. I already own two of your knives and I am well pleased with them.
 
Nice Joe!!! Unique....for sure.

But if it's up to the task just as the one I got from you, it's well worth your askin' rice....and then some.

When Joe finishes a knife, you can beleive that IT IS, "scary sharp".
 
Thanks guys, it definitely is unique in color. When I was shaping out the scales and saw what color it was becoming I almost just quit and removed them. Then I thought well it's different for sure. The more I looked at it the better I liked what I saw, it kind of grows on you. This one is scary sharp and up to anything a knife should be used for.
 
Hey Ghost Whisper Orange, I like that, and if I ever do another one like this that is definitely what it will be called.
