52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated in my Evenheat furnacer to Rc 58-60 with attention to a fine grain structure throughout the blade
Flat grind with a 400 grit belt followed by a cork belt
Heat treating scale left on the flats for contrast
Stabilized figured maple handle with black Micarta spacers
Overall length: 8 1/4 inches
Blade: 3 3/4 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop for a right hand carry
