This is a forged hunter I was planning on having at the Scagel show, I can't make it unfortunatly 
, so I'm putting it up for sale here.
The blade is forged from w2 bar stock, it is 4.25" long, the handle is English walnut, and the fittings are 416ss, oal is 8.75". The blade is flat ground with a convex edge. The blade has a pretty wild hardening line, I'd be happy to bring it out if you'd like.
There is a **slight** forge mark on the blade, it's the black speck in the last photo, it looks like a black dust speck. It's right in front of the choil.
The price is $185 plus shipping. If you don't like the knife, for any reason, send it back.
