The blade is made from 1/8" stock 1075 that has been clay hardened and double tempered, showing a great hamon line. The unsharpened edge is 3" long and the overall knife length is 6.25"
The tang has been drilled with two 1/4" holes. Included are two brass thong tubes and two slabs of 3/8" maple burl.
The secondary bevel has not been ground in, I can put a dull edge on it if you wish, so all you have to do is sharpen it after the knife is completed.
