Drop Point vs Clip Point?

I appreciate everyone's help, replies, and thoughts. They have been a fantastic help.

I finally have my choice narrowed down to two knives (it was one until I looked too long) which are two knives that are very different from one another:
1) Baby Banter 2 TB - it's a knife I have very few like...I don't have any knives with the crossbar lock or the 14C28N blade or that have a toothpick/tweezers (except my SAK that I no longer carry) and really the only knife I have close to that blade length is the DragonFly2.
2) Elementum II- it also has some items I don't have a knife like (closest is Para 3 LW) because it has the button lock, the Damascus blade, and it has the flipper (love a flipper, but I find my Cryo too heavy for me with shorts).
Both unique (to me) and beautiful knives.

I heavily vouch for the Elementum II. I currently have three of them and give them to knife people as holiday/birthday gifts and they are always well received and I see them in their pockets often.
 
If you’re anything like most of us knife nuts around here you will eventually have several different types and sizes in various kinds of steel. Lol .😆 I was like many other people when I started out many years ago. I started with a small/medium size stockman knife, three different blades and I thought that should cover everything. I had in mind that I would be using my knife for what I currently was using it for but as I got older and doing different tasks I realized I needed more than just one knife and in different sizes and designs. I got bigger and so did my stockman knife, then I started hunting and needed a bigger fixed blade. I was fishing more and found I needed a filet knife. Then I found out that some knives were much better than others and performance made a big difference. So here I am with all these knives wondering if I can ever use them all in my lifetime. 😆
 
#1 Is the better for a working knife . More reliable lock . Better grip .

#2 Prettier . Better "gentleman's " knife . More fidgety .

Overall these two are so different, that I could easily justify getting both ! :p
