Hi Adam,

Sorry for the slow response. Looking closely at the DS, there aren't any marks or anything on the blade (noting that this is comp finish and not satin) -- except the edge. At the belly and toward the tip, there are a few small rolls in the edge. I don't remember hitting anything here, so I'm not sure where this happened. However, if you have a work sharp or other decent sharpener, I'd expect that they would come out and the knife would look pretty much new.
