DTBMBG measurements?

OK, I was mistaken earlier. Not 9.5 inches. It is 9.75" blade, tip to beginning of handle scales. OAL is 15.25". The handle scales are 4.875". And the front of the scales are 5 9/16" forward of the very tip of the butt of the knife.

So the OAL length is spot on the specifications quoted, but the blade is a quarter-inch short. Not TOO bad, but kinda... sloppy? Or a little extra rounding...

I fell in love with my knife before I noticed its length so I am content with it and will continue to enjoy it. That being said, if the sites overall length description says 15 1/4", it has been changed. On 6-9-16 it said 15 3/4". Must have been a typo.

Shoot. I don't know if that shows on your screen but it's blurry as heck on mine. I'll try again.

 
It says 15.25 now. Which is what mine is. But not a 10" blade. Only 9.75".
