This is my Dublin butcher knife in AEB-L at 61Rc. It features a full flat grind with machine finish. The handle is spalted maple, stabilized by K&G. The hardware are stainless Loveless bolts. AOL is 10.5" with a 6" blade. The thickness is approximately .100". Questions and comments are always welcome. Price includes shipping in the US. $160
