Just wanted to let everyone know that IMHO, Brent is an all-around great guy to deal with and he really followed up even after our smooth transaction! I recently purchased an (user) utility knife from him, upon receiving it and inspecting it, I had noticed the handle slabs having a few gaps. After mentioning it to him, he gladly offered to give me a refund. Afterall, this knife would be an user for me anyways, so I declined his gracious offer. So, Brent went one step further and communicated the situation to the maker and help co-ordinate to have the handles redone. Now that's a great follow-through! Thanks Brent! Quack...!
