Hardware store or auto parts store. Buy emory polishing paper in 420, 600, 1000-1200 grits. Cut them into 1/4 sheets and lay them on a very flat surface (glass pane is recommended.)
Now drag your Mora with the bevel completely flat against the paper in the direction of the spine. Start with low grit and end with high grit to polish. Strop it a few times on cardboard, your jeans, inside of a leather belt to remove any wire, but there shouldn't be any. You are finished.
