dumb Commander question

A friend of mine is going to buy a Commander and is concerned that it may come without the Wave feature. As far as I know, they all are currently made with it, but I realized that I wasn't sure. Am I correct?

They have a very limited run of waveless Commanders available, but the standard configuration is WITH the wave. You would need to specifically request it without the wave to get it that way.
