Dumbest question on the forms

I found this knife on ebay and I was wondering if anyone knew anything about it. I know that this is probably pointless but dose anyone know if this is some one's nock off or or maybe just a new makers project. If I can't find anything I'm tempted to recreate it in better materials and with a few add ons (such as kbs bearings and stuff like that).

In regard of the design, it doesn't look like anything that I'm familiar with,
could be knock off of something, could be "original design" of a company that nobody knows about...

I like part of the description... :D

Go for it. I wanted a bottle opener in the handle of a folder for years and never found what I was looking for. Made my own, based loosely off a Demko (CS) blade and it's been on of my favorites since.
 
You must be new if you think that question is anywhere near the dumbest asked!
