Dumbest thing I've seen in a while

That is so stupid. Like who is not already prepared for World War Z?
The great Zombie invasion. Now you’re just being silly.
:eek::eek::eek:

CZ sells an under-barrel bayonet strait from the factory as an OEM option! Looks dumber than teh KaBar one.

OMFG thats greatest thing i have ever seen, i wanna see the look on my CO's face when i show up with one of thos on my m-16

oh and there are definatley dumber things than that pistol bayonet

It´s been done to death over at the bali forum, but that Cold Steel knife actually has the merit of using the balisong "locking" mechanism, which is darned good. They have another model that doesn´t mimick the balisong look and I think it´s actually a fairly neat design. If nothing else, it´s a functional folding knife, nothing wrong with that, whereas the pistol bayonet has no practical use whatsoever.

Nothing wrong with the Taurus's I've had in the past. Their M9 clone I had fired as good as any M9/92F I've fired. In addition took just about any rounds including some really dirty reloads I put through it and kept on trucking.

I'll wait till Ka-bar closes them out at >75% off prices, I'm happy enough with my Nambu katana:):

It does not surprise me at all.

Did you know that the first automatic switchblades came with flintlock pistols? Sure they needed it more because it was one-shot and took forever to reload, but I can think of a use or two with a semi-automatic.

Besides, the rail on my dad's Sig Sauer P226 has never been used before. Why not?

I didn't know abuot switchblades and flintlocks, but I have seen photos of centuries-old pistols with knives affixed to them. Like you point out, it would have been a good deal more useful in those days. There were even "dining pistols" with knife and fork attached, catering to the most paranoid nobleman. :eek:
