Sent in my Fenix E01 for a stuck battery, and Duracell along with P&G Consumer Care (Proctor and Gamble), sent me back a prepaid Visa for the replacement cost of the light and a coupon for 8 free Duracell batteries. Couldn't have asked for better customer service!
