Dustbuster03 Banned or Not?

Good Morning, I'm curious since the thread started about a recent transaction of his was closed. The other party was banned and so was Dustbuster03. Yet , he still is able to log in and has never responded to any post pertaining to the transaction. I personally would like to know. Has Dustbuster03 responded to the Mods yet?

He is online right now.

His profile says "banned", but he still is able to log-in using his account. I don't know the policies about being able to log in after banning, but I'm pretty sure that he has lost all of his privileges like being able to post and send/receive PM.
 
Maybe I missed something but how are you connected to the situation?

His initial ban was temporary with the hopes he'd respond to someone....anyone. To the best of my knowledge, he's not taken any action to resolve his issues here. He is now banned permanently.

I'm not connected , Just a concerned forum user. I was a bit bewildered by the silence of dustbuster03 . He was logged in daily since the OP.

I got my answer though it would have been nice if things had worked out better for both parties.
