Hello Guys, i'm selling my Dustin turpin strife tu fund another project, i'm really sad to let this beast go:(

the knife hasn't been used and did not cut anything, and never carried, it has stays in my box inside a glasses pouch. Of course it has been flipped, impossible to resist.
There is NO play, no scratches, and perfectly centered. It's FLAWLESS.

It is like I got it from Dustin some months ago : "New".

Only 3 of this one have been made.

01_Final_HD.jpg

here are the specs:

OAL - 8.7"

Blade - 3.75" length, .160" thick, S35VN, Acidwashed

Handle - Stonewashed Ti Slabs with CF inlays

Hardware - 1/4" SS pivot, 5/32" SS hidden stop pin, AKS Thrust Bearings, Milled 3 piece Blk G10/Ti Back Spacer, Stonewashed Ti "tip up carry" carved clip, Ceramic Detent

I paid 795.00 + 40.00 for shipping & an additional 100$ thanks to french customs.
So a total of 935$.

Please send me your offers by PM for this one, that will include a fully insured shipping with tracking worldwide. I'll give everyone a couple days from now before i take any decision exept if there is an offer i feel i can't refuse of course. I'll update the stutus here. Thanks for your understanding.
Payment by paypal.

Please grab a pack of 130mb, 20+ high def pictures so you can zoom in all you want and see for yourself it is flawless. Take note i'm no photographer, and those clearly do no reflect how beautifull this build is.

hope that link will work : http://www.mediafire.com/download/5qsb30wja9chjcj/turpin.rar

I am a bit confused as well? Is $935 not the price or is it your starting price. Or is is more like $935 OBO….

I'll take it for $1000

But realistically this should be Gary's - to the OP - this is not the correct forum for an auction

State how much u want it the knife as an "ill sell u the knife if give me xxxx$"

Not "lets start at xxx$ and go from there util I am satisfied" - that's called fleabay

Sorry if this wasn't clear.

it's the first knife i sell here.

Yes it's an offer base selling. kind of an auction.

935 is what i paid.

already got some pm's, please make sure your inbox can accept messages;)

i'll check again later, thanks for you interest guys!

Hopefully the mods delete this post and the OP can read the sales forum rules and try again later

Good point, I would give $1001 just to piss of JDM666. lol

ok, i'm sorry.

it's true that this is the jungle. And not what i really intented / expected. I did this because i did not know market value / demand, to ask a faire price.

i'll wait for an admin to delete the post and redo this as ad, with a price that would seems ok.

Realistically you should ask if you don't know. The sales forum is not a place where you post in order to gauge interest in a knife and then plead ignorance when u feel you shorted yourself of "additional" secondary market price.

You posted a price that covered all your costs and shipping - and I assume u would have been satisfied with that had no one else posted to the thread.

My opinion would be to sell the knife to Gary (the fist poster), cover the costs you had associated with the knife - and chalk it up to a learning experience. It will go a long way to improving your reputation (which I would say is a little tarnished as of now) and will most certainly improve your future sales outlook for other knives u want to sell.

But of course that's just my opinion.
