You are absolutely right! It has help improve my concentration significantly. Also made my hands a whole lot more steady. :thumbup: Grinding is a breeze compared to Bikram Yoga. Holding postures for 90 straight minutes in 105-108 degree heat with 40+ percent humidity is no joke I just got done with my 103 straight days of yoga this evening.

You ain't kidding that chit is tough! Namaste!
