I want the product obviously but 2 weeks is uncalled for.

Hopefully he responds positively.

The reason why this one made me perturbed is that when people give money for birthdays etc I use the money to buy something that lasts and will be around and preserve the memory of the gift.
 
The lack of communication is troubling. The seller should be in contact with the OP. That said, this is a busy time of year. Sometimes mail takes longer than normal. I've had packages never show that they entered the system (just that a label was created) but show up just fine. I'd be concerned about the communication. The seller needs to contact you and chime in here. He was on earlier today. Starting a thread here is your recourse. I don't know if you should have posted the same thing in his sales thread.
 
I received an email, and he explained that he was out of town and no one had picked up the mail from his office. He sent pictures of the label and the item and shipped it today.

Hopefully santa will get to to me before the holiday !!
