There's very little information about this company on our forum so I figured I would share my experiences, especially since they were very positive. DVOR is a flash sales website run by Optics Planet for tactical gear. If you are not a familiar with the "flash sales" format, it's where a retailer puts up a certain item in a limited quantity (usually at a heavy discount) available for only a few hours/days until it sells out. They cycle through different brands and products every week for their flash sales.
In September a courteous forum member PM'd me about Dvor having a sale on Zero Tolerance knives. Since I was enamored with the 0620CF from the day it was unveiled, I was very pleased to see it as an item in their sale. What was really cool was that they were selling them for $183.99, which not only is a huge discount, but was the only place selling them at a discounted rate post-MAP enforcement. It was a no brainer for me, and I purchased one with the instruction that they would ship in "1-2 weeks".
As we all know now, ZT was having trouble producing/shipping these knives out en masse, which at first I believed to be an issue on Dvor's part. Being a little belligerent, I live chatted with some of their representatives a number of times asking for updates, which they kindly provided (although they were all just inaccurate estimates). Eventually it became clear that it was a supply issue and not a fault of Dvor at all, which makes me appreciate even more how easy they were to reach for information about my order even when I was a bit curt.
About a week ago they finally got the knives in stock, and today it arrived at my door. Overall I'm very pleased with my experience with Dvor, and the ease with which you can contact them is top-notch. Their live chat system is a true boon, no waiting for an email response anymore!
