Dye from sheath on Sebenza handle?

When out in the wild wild woods I have carried my large classic sebenza in one of the new style black sheaths.

The last time I was out with it I carried it horrizontally on a lined pistol belt belt that is quite thick. This made the sebenza quite difficult to put in and out of the sheath.

When I looked at the knife at home I noticed that the black dye from the sheath had rubbed off onto the handles in several places.

Any ideas as to what is the best way of getting rid of the dye from the titanium. I have not tried to get if off yet in case I set in on or something.

Yor help is appreciated.

wd40, rubbing alcohol, hairspray... Oxy Clean??? I think one or any of thses should work. I wouldnt worry about it. It should wear off anyway... just take it apart to clean it!

If you press hard enough, you should be able to rub it out with your finger.

Soft Scrub and a sponge.

Ditto...

also rubbing with your fingers will remove it, or it should remove it, Titanium doesn't take stain permanently so not to worry, now if you had a wood inlay...that could be a problem...
