dyed antler

Anyone got pictures of some dyed antler using Potassium Permanganate,so ican see if mine looks a nice.

Sure i like the look it looks natural but i would have taken that first tine off before i dyed it.

I have been told that all of the imported stag is dyed with Permanganate. I kinda believe it because the water based permanganate does not soak in too deep, and leaves the antler white underneath the bark, which looks nice when shaped down. Any time I have dyed with leather dye, it soaks in deeper than I wanted, but leather dye can work well, if you want an aged look.
