It’s a leather dye brand. I read to use the pro labeled one. Supposedly the alcohol helps get into the bone pores but I have seen some folks used the oil based and it worked also. And without the salts and water that corrosive to the carbon steel blades. You don’t dunk it also, you just paint it on kinda, then bake, and clean off the excess. It comes right off the metal.
