Dying epoxy in "mycarta"?

I've made a couple sets of DIY mycarta and have found I quite enjoy it. I know it's cheaper to just buy the professionally made stuff, but there's something about the process I find satisfying. I guess I'm just the type that prefers to DIY when possible. Anyways...

Has anyone here tried adding dye to the epoxy resin to help make the colors pop out? If anyone has any, I'd love to see some examples.

Oh yeah, been doing it a while yet. It can have some nice effects.

I've been looking at fod's stuff... very nice! Good to know my idea has merit... I'll have to experiment.
