Dying gun grips?

These grips modifyed and turned into a much much darker color

So how would be the best way to remove the finish? and then dye them?

Take them off the gun first , of course.

They are just sealed I'm sure , acetone or similiar to cleanse off the finish , dry then stain , reseal.

I must have messed up when I posted that, it was supposed to say my friend wants.... these grips.... so on lol

anyways he wants them black so thats the plan.

I want these to turn out Really nice
