Dying to buy FKMD Fox Knives!!!

I am in knife love with a few blades from Fox Knives, but the blades I love are from the FKMD division. I cant find any of them! The specific blades I am yearning for are the:

FX-401 O.R. ADVANCE RESCUE AND COMBAT DIVER KNIFE

FX-0171109 X-LANDER BETA TITANIUM COMBAT KNIFE

FX-601 VENGEANCE DESIGN BY JERRY HOSSOM

FX-0110 M DEIMOS DESIGN BY CITADEL

I haven't found even a single one of these blades for sale in the US. I would be EXTREMELY appreciative if anyone could point me to a State-side dealer or an online place to order these blades.

Hard to find them, but so worth every penny. I got lucky, in that Bladetech / Fox designer Mike Vellekamp is located in the area, so we can purchase at the factory for some knives (Mike's designs), and they have a Sporting Goods warehouse selling Fox knives, and can order many.
