e-Blades.com = high price & bad service

I've recently ordered 2 items from e-blades.com their price is a bit higher than everyone else but it seems like they have the item i want in stock.

The customer service is horrible, I specified overnight delivery and did not get my order. And after 3 emails and 2 phone calls, still no responds from this company what so ever and I can't seem to get a live person at all.

So I'm still waiting for them to get back to me and have not received anything.

What seems so ironic about this is that on their web site it states "we're a family business and we strive to offer the best customer service and become the number 1 web based knife shop"

hahaha very funny, btw the phone numbers they provide doesn't even have a greeting message on the answer machine. I wonder if this web site is a SCAM.
 
Have the charges reversed by calling your credit card company a.s.a.p. They failed to provide you the product and service you ordered for overnight delivery.They didn't meet their obligation,and the CC company will reverse the charges usually right away.My guess/opinion is they don't even stock the products,and that is why you don't have it yet,and ignoring your calls and e-mail is just a ploy to buy some time.
 
I just checked that site out of curiosity, and they have a banner up "Temporary Closed"?????
