E models to retail?

After seeing the pics of those variants, I'm even more anxious to see if E models heading to dealers are going to be on schedule after the show? My local source says around mid June. Anyone (Andy?) know for sure? Thanks!! Matt

Hi Matt...

The last report from Busse Combat is that the production schedule is putting delivery on the E Models in the last week of June, or first week of July.

There has been some delays in the laser cutting process due to the nature of the INFI steel in the configuration of the new E handle...a very difficult and time consuming process to get right due to the geometry and curvature of the new handle design...the slabs need to fit JUUUSSSSST right on the new tang. The reason the Variants were present at the Blade Show is that they are hand cut, custom ground by hand, hand finished, and hand made...by Jerry himself.

I know I have said this before but Jerry IS planning to get a post up here on the production schedule as soon as he can.
