E2K Upgrade Question

I'm a little confused. I'd like to have the edges on my 110, 112 and Nighthawk upgraded.
Is the cost $5.00 per knife? I believe that I saw $6.95 mentioned somewhere. I want to make sure to send enough money.

The cost is $5.00 per knife. A coupon was required but you can use a copy of this thread instead.
