High powered with tons of programmable modes, great EDC flashlight. Takes 18650, CR123 or RCR123 batteries. Condition is "like new" as I have never carried or used. Basically took it out of the box and fondled it a few times. I will pay shipping USPS Priority Mail within 24 hours of payment, CONUS only.
