Both NIB with all acessories, R2 emitters.
Eagletac T20C2 has the Neutral White emitter (more realistic color rendtion,) and is one heck of a thrower, pretty much the best in its class. See review:

Tiablo has a nice super-smooth beam (orange-peel reflector) with lots of spill--would be a great camping or caving light. It also has really nicely-done green anodizing. One thing that gets overlooked about the Tiablo lights is that they're made from T7075 aluminum, which is much tougher and chip resistant than the 6000-series alloys that almost all the rest are made from. This really helps if you drop your light a lot, or bang it up, or use it as a weapon
