All,
For sale is a crocodile dundee inspired bowie knife in 1075 carbon steel with a laced leather handled in the movie fashion with a Left Handed sheath. I've had this for half a decade or so and it has just been sitting on display or stored away. It has some minor discoloration of the blade and patina on the brass. It is rather thickly hollow ground with a low bevel and a thick edge, and it is a bit uneven, but it is about the closest thing to the real deal a guy can get. If memory served the handle wrap took something like a day to complete then it was coating may times in shellac along with the sheath. The sheath is crocodile and the leather lacing is kangaroo if memory serves correctly. The bones on the sharpening steel are real I believe, but I don't remember from what creature.
This sold for around $1200 or so back when I ordered it. I'm selling it for:
