Early Allen Elishewitz Damascus and Abalone Interframe Folder. This early folder has a latter pattern Damascus blade with dual thumbstuds. The scale inserts are abalone with gold retaining screws. There is a bluish tint to the edges of the frame. Carry down carry clip. Perfect lockup and seating. The blade is 3.2" and the knife is 7.2" overall when open. This knife was purchased in the mid-1990's and was carried, however, it is still in great condition with no major dings or scratches as can be seen in the photos. File work on the back for thumb grip. The knife has been sharpened and takes on a razor sharp edge. The knife feels solid and This is a excellent example of Allen's early work. If I am not mistaken I paid between $7-800 for this knife in the mid-1990's. I am offering it at a $425 price to members of the forum with free shipping in the US for a limited time. SOLD
