Early American Pre-Bowie

Blade; Saw steel, 9 inches x 1 1/2 inches x 3/16ths with a 3 3/4 inch
unsharpened clip point. Blade is flat ground to a convexed
edge with an aged patina.

Guard/fittings; Wrought Iron S curve guard, wrought iron fittings

Handle; North American Elk.

OAL. 14 inches.

Sheath; 8/9oz leather with antiqued brass tip and throat and brass
ball frog button.

True class. This knife and sheath should have sold as the sheath is worth it. Beautiful knife. If I was not a knife maker it would be for me. The price is a steal for craftmanship like this.:thumbup:
