Early buck fishing knife 107

I need to get that new Blade's guide to knives and their values, 7th edition... Is there lot of new info about Buck knives in this one??? I have the 2005 one and it has good info in it... But I need more... Thanks ... ITE ...

I'd like to keep this up for just a while longer, maybe Mr. CJ Buck or Mr. Joe Houser can see and comment.

Dont know where to start.
WOW!! Nice 107!
WOW!! Nice "instant collection" garage sale find!
I lived in San Diego for 44 years and NEVER saw a lucite knife at a garage sale/swap meet. Of course I was only looking for about 10 of those years but still.
Now back to the 107, that is the first such knife that I have seen where letters from the file company are visible. How cool is that! Its VERY cool! Ive seen that sort of thing several times before but it has always been on the 40's-50's kitchen knives made by Buck. I found enough letters on one to identify the Disston company, if I remember that spelling right.
Does the sheat have the 1272 Morena address stamped on it or the word BUCK? I only ask because a couple of items dont look like other sheaths of that vintage.

No letters or stamps on the sheath, But because of the size of the knife the sheath seems to fit perfect.

I will post pics tomorrow but I need to see if this knife is worth anything. It is a Buck 107 fishing knife with original sheath and a red handle with the white stripe. Can anyone give me any info on this knife? Thanks,
Chris
