A rare knife from master forger Don Fogg. According to Don, this was made in the early '90s, and it shows a strong influence of Jimmy Fikes.
It is made out of thick 5/16" stock, with a 5" blade and 9 7/8" OAL. The first 1 3/4" is swedged. The flats are left 'raw', and the blade has a very sharp, convex grind polished to a satin finish. It has Don's cherry blossom mark on the ricasso. The coffin handles are thick mastodon ivory slabs, held with plain pins. It is a perfectly balanced knife that is extremely stout. No sheath with this knife.
Unsure of the market, asking for $old
