This is my first slipjoint. Blade is 440C and handle is paper micarta. Pivot is my ow design, turned on my vertical mill...
There are some obvious errors, like I didnt use reamers for the pins that hold the spring, so while I was peening it slipped a bit, so it doesn't lock open, it moves a bit but noticeable while cutting. There are some gaps between micarta and liners, just because I banged too hard to peen. Lesson learned in hard way
