This is a pre 2000 made Bura Ganga Ram. It has the old thin type wood scabbard with the embossed leather cover. It as has a larger size chakmak and karda than you usually see.

The chakmak is an early Ganga Ram style where the tool is round where it enters the handle.
The wood also appears to be chandan which is no longer importable.
The blade is in excellent condition showing only the slightest of use marks.
