Bob Merz started making knives in the early 70's and is still making incredibile knives to this day. One of his knives is on the cover of a knifemaking supply company.
I am the grandson of a knife maker and outspoken blades with from Texas. He was a pioneer and spokesman for Texas collectors and makers . His name was Charlie Jones . Not saying anything about him on the list . But there are 2 gentleman that should be on that list with put any doubt. The first is L.C. Finger and the best in my opinion of all M.D. Gartman .
