Early Morning Grind

This is the type of knife that I would only work on first thing in the morning when I am most alert but before I have my fourth cup of coffee. A steady hand is required.

Forged from 3/16 inch 52100
Hollow grind with a mat finish, forged texture on the flats
Heat treated with three normalizing and two tempering cycles to Rc 58-60 with attention to creating a fine grain thoughout the blade
Distal tapered tang
Micarta handle with a sculpted profile
Overall length: 8 3/4 inches
Blade: 4 1/2 inches
Leather scabbard with a belt loop

This is beautiful work. I would love to say Id take it but am trying to save up for a new grinder to get some better work done myself... I'm sure it will sell and hope this bumps it up the list.
