Early Style

A customer of mine wanted an old style looking knife, so this is what we agrred on. 1/8" O1 , 4" blade, 8" OAL, with lightly torched handles finished with hand rubbed linseed oil and brass pins. Fun to make!

Is the blade coated?

The blade is how it came out of my forge, lightly rubbed with OOOO steel wool. I kind like how it looks.
