Early Ti-lock blasted scales

To the best of my recollection there were not many made like this in early 2011. I believe I read about 50. Everything was checked out by CRK and and this one was given a re-issue card. After finding out it was a rare one the handles were left alone. There is no date stamp on the inside which is normal with these early ti-lock based on everything I could find research wise.

This will come with linage paperwork matching date of re-issue card.
