Earth ?

Yep, as far as I know, all of them do. Although the T-Mag is slightly different, it says "Rare Earth" on it.;)

Only the Golden made knives have the "Earth" designation on them.

It was originally meant as a joke, but it's stuck for the past while and I like it.

I've seen the Earth mark as early as the Renegade and Blackhawk (C23 and C24 respectively).

Not "all", but certainly most. Early Blackhawks and Renegades did not say Earth, neither did the earliest Natives. In all those cases, later ones did. Not sure if the very first runs of the Military had it or not.

Paul, I have an ATS-34 Military SE with 2-screw clip and a CPM 440V Military PE with 3-screw clip; two generations and both don't say Earth on the blade. Just for your records sir :)

I know the Earth thing made me laugh when I got my first spyderco (the wally world Native). I guess the joke worked ;).

golden, colorado, united states of america, north american continent, earth, nine planets solar system, milky way galaxy....

"You are a child of the universe. No less than the trees and the stars, you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should."

I can't remember if it was here or over on the spyderco website, but someone once posted and called the Earth thing "childish." If it wasn't for Sal's shiny footprints request, I would have liked to tell that guy to take the stick out, if you know what I mean.

I have always thought that the "Earth" designation was a nice touch.

The whole "Earth" thing makes me like them even more.
Plus, we'll be all set to know where those ancient knives originated from once we get a few more planets going.

ROFL.....That is what I thought of when I saw the "Earth" thing stamped on the Native. Since the Native is such a unique blade shape, I thought it looked like something that we should mark with "Earth" since we'll be fighting aliens sometime soon :D;).
