Easiest To Sharpen Knife You Own?

Actually, I don't have this specific knife anymore since I traded it here on the forums...but my old Spyderco Atlantic Salt was the easiest for me to sharpen to a razor edge.
The long straight-edge sheepsfoot blade combined with the H-1 steel made sharpening very easy.

I am not sure why but I love sharpening my S30V blade.... is like a few passes on ultrafine stone and is hair popping sharp again (not that it needs constant sharpening).

Spyderco Centofante IV in VG10 steel. Dead-flat Wharncliffe blade, diamond hone... it's a beautiful thing.

Buck's 420 is another steel that's a pleasure to sharpen. Mmm, I need to pick up a new Buck sometime soon.

IIRC, the Gerber I mentioned is 420-HC. It is a sweet steel to sharpen.

Opinel carbon steel paring knife. This one gets a lot of use around the house and camping. Came pretty sharp, and is a breeze to touch up to shaving sharpness.

I have an old Camillus 67 stockman that takes the most insanely sharp edge possible. The weight of the knife alone with cleanly slice through single ply toilet paper. It scares me.

There's a few older carbon steel Bokers around here that'll take a scary edge too.

Of the stainless steels, I have the most luck with my VG-10 Endura, 154cm BM710 and S30V Buck 110.
