Easily cleaned EDC folder?

I went ahead and got a Griptilian. I spent a few dollars more and got the H2O model, figuring that one would be the most corrosion resistant if I cut acidic foods or the blade doesn't always get completely dried (at home, it would get dried off with a blow dryer after cleaning. But you can't do that in a restaurant).

I'm still considering getting a Spyderco Salt 1 to go with it. That would give me little bit smaller carry option (and a serrated blade). Although I've already got an Izula with about that blade size, so that's just on the Wish List for now.
