EASILY Concealed Tactical Blade?

I can't say I agree entirely.

Tactical means of applied use.

Concealed means obfuscated.

Neither is mutually inclusive, or exclusive.

So non-tactical knives can't be used for applied work? Tactical seems, to me, to be some nonsense word that doesn't really do much to describe anything. Maybe it just means a mostly black knife with lots of jimping. I'm not sure.
